REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

For reservations made online or otherwise paid in advance, Up North Bike Rentals will issue customer a full refund for cancellations made at least 48-hours prior to reservation date and time. For cancellations made less than 48-hours prior to reservation date and time, a 50% refund will be issued to customer. There will be no refund for cancellations made less than 24-hours prior to reservation date and time.

 

Up North Bike Rentals monitors the latest weather reports throughout the day and does not operate in inclement weather conditions. If at the time of customer’s paid reservation, we are unable to operate due to current or pending weather conditions, we will first attempt to find a substitute date and time that fits customer’s schedule. We will issue customer a full refund in all cases where this cannot be achieved.
